Integrated Industrial & Energy Solutions

2026-09-03

Beyond equipment—solutions built around performance. Bringing together the right resources to solve real operating problems.

Industrial performance is rarely determined by a single component. Equipment, power, controls, operating conditions, maintenance requirements, and lifecycle economics must work together to achieve optimal results. Susitna Technology brings together equipment, manufacturing, engineering, and industry resources to support selected energy and industrial applications through integrated solutions—organized around the customer's operating requirement rather than a predefined product offering.

Detailed Description:

Our integrated solutions approach begins by understanding the operating challenge. We do not start with a particular product or technology—we start with the customer's operating problem and work backward to identify the right combination of resources to solve it. Common operating challenges we address include:

ChallengeDescription
Energy ConsumptionHigh energy costs from inefficient motor-driven equipment, pumping systems, or rotating machinery
Equipment ReliabilityUnplanned downtime, frequent failures, or declining performance of critical equipment
Pumping PerformanceSuboptimal pumping efficiency, flow control issues, or pressure limitations in fluid-handling systems
Motor / Drive UpgradeObsolete motors or drives requiring replacement with modern, efficient alternatives
Equipment ModernizationAging equipment needing targeted upgrades to restore performance, improve efficiency, or extend life
Industrial IntegrationCoordination of multiple equipment types, technologies, or manufacturers into a unified operating system

Our solution development process follows a structured framework:

  1. Understand — We engage with the customer to fully understand the operating requirement, including equipment configuration, operating profile, performance objectives, constraints, and commercial parameters. This includes site visits where appropriate, technical discussions with operations and engineering teams, and review of existing equipment documentation.

  2. Identify — Based on the understanding of the application, we identify appropriate technologies, equipment, manufacturers, and engineering resources that can address the requirement. This may involve evaluating multiple options and recommending the most suitable approach.

  3. Select — We select the right combination of equipment manufacturers, technology resources, and qualified engineering partners for the specific application. Different manufacturers have different strengths, and we select the right fit for each requirement—not the other way around.

  4. Integrate — We coordinate equipment selection, engineering, and integration to ensure all components work together as a unified system. This includes application definition, technology identification, equipment selection, manufacturer coordination, engineering coordination, commercial coordination, equipment supply, and implementation support.

  5. Measure — We evaluate performance after implementation to confirm that expected improvements have been achieved, providing visibility into operating results and identifying opportunities for further optimization.

Our integrated solutions capability includes:

  • Equipment Supply — We supply equipment across multiple categories, including mud pumps and components, drilling equipment, motors, drives, controls, and industrial equipment. Equipment is sourced from appropriate manufacturers based on the specific application and customer requirements.

  • Engineering Coordination — For applications requiring broader engineering or project execution capabilities, we work with appropriate qualified engineering and industry resources. This may include system design, application engineering, integration engineering, and commissioning support.

  • Manufacturer Coordination — We coordinate multiple manufacturers around a defined customer requirement, ensuring technical and commercial consistency across all equipment suppliers.

  • Commercial Coordination — We manage RFQs, quotations, commercial comparison, lead times, delivery requirements, and order coordination through a single commercial interface, simplifying procurement for the customer.

  • Implementation Support — We provide support throughout implementation, including equipment supply coordination, technical consultation, installation guidance, and startup assistance.

Our current capability is strongest in oilfield equipment, manufacturing, procurement, and motor-driven industrial applications. We continue to evaluate technologies and applications where our resources—manufacturing, engineering relationships, and commercial capabilities—can create practical industrial value. The right solution may require more than one company, and our role is to organize the right combination of capabilities around the customer's operating requirement.

We believe the strongest industrial relationships are built by solving real operating problems. Our integrated solutions approach is not about selling a predefined product set—it is about understanding the customer's operating challenge and delivering a solution that creates measurable value through improved performance, reliability, and lifecycle economics.
